When Bankwest move into Raine Square early in 2012, their new building will be topped with the largest LED sign project in Australia. As you can see from the attached photos, Rainbow Signs were one of the only sign companies in WA capable of handing a job involving two 18 x 4m lightboxes, to be illuminated with around 10,000 LEDs in conjunction with the bank’s flagship superstore opening in early 2012. The install process for the large boxes (which are yet to be decorated and completed) involved roof cranes, rope access technicians and engineering to the glass roof, all on an industrial construction site. Tricky, but we did it!

When Parsons Brinkerhoff wanted branding on the building, they knew who to ask. Rainbow Signs negotiated building and sign licences with City of Perth on PB’s behalf, and manufactured and installed large sky-signage and a smaller entry sign.

The big sky sign is a whopper – 3-metres high, 12-metres long. The fabricated letters are internally illuminated with (environmentally friendly!) LEDs which provide bright and even illumination. The install – ten stories up – employed a large crane and abseiling sub-contractors, with the sign going up in four pieces.

Perth’s leading sports medicine facility Sportreat now has the opportunity to tell passing traffic all about their great services using their new illuminated plinth sign, which features a large LED screen with changeable message.

Following on from successful LED pylon sign projects at Sandalford and Ningaloo Reef Resort, Sportreat asked us to design a sign that was bold, bright and eye-catching, whilst allowing them to inform traffic on Canning Highway of the various services they provide.
